Stacey designed our galley kitchen and the bathroom in our condo at River View Manor, a historic building on Front Street in midtown Harrisburg. The first project Stacey managed was our kitchen. We love that she not only appreciated the detail of the 1927 architecture and designed a beautiful and interesting kitchen despite its small size, she took into account that we love to cook and that it needed to stand up to a lot of use. She integrated every element, including our washer / dryer, and she maximized every bit of space. The kitchen overlooks the dining room, and she made a seamless transition so that the two work in harmony. She was with the project every step of the way, consulting with one of Mother Hubbard's extraordinarily wonderful contractors, Matt. The detail of carpentry is incredible. This maybe a sort of different review because Stacey's employer, Mother Hubbard Custom Cabinetry, hired ME to work with Stacey but I naturally do form an opinion, like we all do, about everyone we've worked with so here is mine about her. One of the first things that a photographer looks for in a client is how organized they are with not just a shoot list but in they're way of organizing they're thoughts. The other thing we look for is how open they are to suggestions. After all when it comes to photography we are the experts. Stacey got high marks on both, on every assignment we've worked together on, and as an added bonus she was pleasant to work with too! I've worked with many art directors and designers in my 40 year career and she stands up there at the top. No kidding! Looking forward to working with her and for MHCC again.
